You crown a willing creature (yourself or another) with a Rift-forged sovereign panoply — a great helm, full plate, and a paired weapon, all conjured around the wearer in a single seamless instant. For the duration: the wearer gains 100 temporary hit points (any temp HP from another source is replaced if lower); the wearer's AC becomes 22 if it was lower; the wearer gains a +3 bonus to attack rolls with weapons forged as part of the panoply (one melee, one ranged, both at the wielder's existing proficiency); the wearer has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, frightened, or compelled while crowned. When the duration ends, the regalia discorporates into inert filings. The channel can only crown one creature at a time; if cast again, the previous Iron Crown ends.
At Higher Levels
When cast using a slot of 10th level (capstone), the duration becomes 24 hours and the temporary hit points increase to 200.
