A fragment of the Heart of Helios — a palm-sized chip of crystalline solar matter that keeps a hand's warmth in any temperature and glows from within with a steady gold light no one has yet measured. Recovered from the deepest reliquaries of the Aurelion Ascendancy or, more often, salvaged from the wreckage of the cathedrals that held them. While attuned, once per long rest, when the bearer drops to 0 hit points, they instead rise with 1 hit point and emit a 30-ft radius pulse of golden light: each ally in the radius regains 3d8 + CHA modifier hit points. The pulse cannot be suppressed and the bearer's nature as a Helios-bearer is, briefly and inescapably, public.
