A two-handed device shaped like a stubbed-off baton, ringed with concentric emitter coils and capped by a focusing iris. As an action, the wielder selects a point within 60 ft and projects a 10-ft-radius sphere of altered local gravity for up to 1 minute (concentration). At activation, choose: heavy field (creatures inside have their effective weight increased by 50%, halving their speed and imposing disadvantage on Acrobatics and STR-jump checks) or light field (effective weight reduced by 50%, doubling jump distance and granting advantage on Acrobatics in the field, but ranged attacks made from within the field have disadvantage). Halcyion engineering corps use them for salvage; Aurelion theatre-mystics use them for spectacle; Black Meridian crews use them for boarding actions in zero-G corridors.
